This Privacy Policy explains how Reeve Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you visit our website or use the ContextPlus application, developer tools, API access, and associated services (collectively, the "Software"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Software.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information collected automatically when you use the Software.
- Account Data: When you register for an account or utilize our API keys, we collect your name, email address, credentials, and (if applicable) billing and payment information.
- User Content (Inputs and Outputs): We collect the code, text, prompts, files, or other materials you submit to the Software ("Inputs") and the resulting AI-generated responses ("Outputs") strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your machine-learning requests.
- Automatically Collected Data: When you access the Software or make requests to our API endpoints, our servers automatically record certain information. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, network metadata, and request timestamp data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, and improve the Software. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Create, manage, and secure your account.
- Process transactions and billing via third-party processors.
- Provide technical customer support.
- Monitor usage patterns to optimize server functionality.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions, security vulnerabilities, or platform abuse.
AI Training and Tiered Choices
Our usage of your User Content (Inputs and Outputs) for model training depends entirely on your subscription tier:
- Enterprise and Team Accounts (Paid): We do not use any Account Data or User Content submitted under a paid commercial subscription to train, fine-tune, or improve our underlying artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Your data remains strictly private.
- Personal and Free Tier Accounts: If you utilize our free or personal tier, we may use your Inputs and Outputs to train, fine-tune, and improve our underlying models. However, we believe in giving developers control over their code. You have the right to opt out of this training usage at any time via your account settings dashboard or by contacting us at support@context-plus.com. Once an opt-out is processed, your future data will not be used for training pipelines. Opting out does not obligate us to retroactively remove data from previously compiled training datasets.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal or technical information. We only share your information with trusted third parties in the following specific circumstances:
- Third-Party AI Providers: To generate programmatic responses, your Inputs are securely transmitted to enterprise-grade AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft. Our agreements with these providers explicitly prohibit them from using your data to train their own models.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Your data is processed and hosted using industry-standard cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
- Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as billing systems (e.g., Stripe) and automated transactional email delivery (e.g., AWS SES).
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable laws, subpoenas, court orders, or valid government requests, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Reeve Tech LLC, our users, or others.
4. Data Retention and International Transfers
4.1 Account Data Retention: We retain your account, billing, and system metadata for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with access to the Software.
4.2 User Content Retention: Except as licensed for model training under the Personal/Free Tier in Section 2, we process your Inputs and Outputs ephemerally. Your code and prompts are routed through our infrastructure solely to generate your requested response and are not retained in long-term storage or internal logs once the request is complete, except as strictly necessary to detect platform abuse.
4.3 International Transfers: Reeve Tech LLC is based in the United States. By using our Software or accessing our API endpoints, you acknowledge that your personal and technical data will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
5. Cookies and Web Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your logged-in web session, secure your account interfaces, and analyze web traffic. You can instruct your web browser to refuse all cookies; however, if you do not accept essential cookies, you will not be able to securely authenticate into the web-based portions of our Software.
6. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. This includes ensuring that data stored on our cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) is encrypted at rest and data transmitted over public networks is fully encrypted in transit. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal and source data you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or completely impenetrable.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your geographic location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under local data protection laws, including the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion of your account metadata. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email provided below.
